About the Club

Brave Athletes Club is a community-based sports and conditioning club supporting children, athletes, and adults through safe, effective, and enjoyable movement.

We provide kids sports classes, personal conditioning, athletic development, and conditioning support for returning to activity.

What We Do

At Brave, we focus on:

  • Kids sports classes that help children go from “I'm not good at sports” to “I can do this.”
  • Personal conditioning support for adults and athletes, including posture, movement, performance, and returning to activity
  • Inclusive environments where people with disabilities can enjoy moving together

Regardless of age, experience, or level, we aim to help each person take one step forward from where they are now.

Hiroko Haraguchi
Founder / Conditioning Trainer

Hiroko has extensive experience in youth sports coaching, conditioning, and health support. She specializes in improving movement quality, injury prevention, posture and movement correction, and long-term athletic development. Her goal is to help children, athletes, and adults build healthy, efficient bodies through evidence-based training and individualized support.
