Based in Osaka, we also provide personal support in Tokyo and Yokohama.
Session Length & Fees
- 60 minutes – 13,200 JPY (conditioning support)
- 75 minutes – 16,500 JPY (conditioning plus performance training)
- Travel fee – currently free within our service area (please ask)
In the first session, we begin with a movement screen and a short consultation to clarify your goals and current condition, then build the most suitable plan for you.

For those whose bodies felt slow and heavy during the colder season, this is the time to start moving again in the morning.
Early Bird Project is a short-term focused program designed to improve your conditioning and daily rhythm through early morning training.
- Start time: between 6:00 and 7:30 AM
- Training period: June 1 – August 31
- Course options: 16-session or 24-session plans
