60 / 75 min Two session lengths based on your goals and training needs.
Movement × Strength A hybrid approach that looks at both movement quality and conditioning.
1 on 1 Fully one-to-one sessions with detailed form and condition checks.
Session Plans

Session Length & Fees

  • 60 minutes – 13,200 JPY (conditioning support)
  • 75 minutes – 16,500 JPY (conditioning plus performance training)
  • Travel fee – currently free within our service area (please ask)

In the first session, we begin with a movement screen and a short consultation to clarify your goals and current condition, then build the most suitable plan for you.
