Summer Program 2026
A 2-day summer intensive training program for junior athletes to improve first-step quickness, acceleration, change of direction, jumping ability, and lower-body power.
Ages 11–16
Speed in sport is not only about running fast in a straight line. It also involves weight transfer, acceleration mechanics, stopping, change of direction, jumping, and force production.
This program helps junior athletes build movement skills that transfer across many sports, including baseball, soccer, basketball, swimming, and track and field.

② August 3 (Mon) & 7 (Fri)
