Build your movement foundation in July, then move into more practical speed, agility, and power work during summer break. These short programs are designed to help children and junior athletes move better for sport.

Summer Flow

STEP 1

July | Build the Foundation

Improve posture, mobility, stability, balance, and movement control to prepare the body for efficient movement.

STEP 2

Summer Break | Apply It to Sport

Focus on first-step quickness, weight transfer, acceleration, stopping, turning, change of direction, and jumping power.

A 2-day conditioning clinic focused on mobility, flexibility, balance, stability, and movement control.

Speed & Agility Class

A fun and practical program for children to improve running, stopping, turning, and reaction skills.

Dates: ① July 27 & 31
② August 3 & 7
Time: 3:30–4:45 PM

Speed & Power-Up Training

A practical program for junior athletes to improve first-step quickness, acceleration, change of direction, and power.

What We Value in Coaching

At Brave Athletes Club, we do not focus only on doing more repetitions or pushing children harder. We place importance on how the body moves, why a movement matters, and how to improve safely and effectively.

We adjust the intensity and difficulty according to age, experience, and physical condition so that each participant can learn with confidence.
