Mental Training Course
Just like technique and physical conditioning, mental skills can also be trained and developed. This course introduces practical ways to prepare your mind for performance, improve concentration, build routines, and reflect effectively after competition.

- Ages 7 and up. Elementary school children must attend with a parent or guardian. Junior high school students and older may attend on their own. Family participation is welcome.

In sports, mental condition plays an important role alongside technique and physical ability. This course covers mental skills for before, during, and after competition, while also showing how these ideas can be applied to school, study, and everyday life.
